No. 4-0793-C <br />Document No. Ala-1-4 X :3 <br />THIS AGREEMENT, ENTERED INTO ON FEBf3.UAFiY 10 , 198: <br />IS BETWEEN <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a body politic and a municipal <br />corporation of the State of <br />California, referred to <br />herein as "CITY" <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />acting by and through its <br />Department of Transportation, <br />referred to herein as "STATE". <br />(1) STATE and CITY contemplate construction of a <br />ehicular/bicycle/pedestrian overcrossing structure (designed to <br />e compatible with any future interchange) and approach roadways,. <br />eferred to herein as PROJECT, on State Highway Route 680 at Wes;: <br />as Positas Boulevard within the city limits of Pleasanton, as <br />hown on the attached Exhibit A which is made a part of this <br />greement. <br />(2) It is anticipated that Federal-Aid Interstat:~ <br />(FAI) funds will be allocated for funding approximately 26 2/3 <br />percent of the construction costs of PROJECT, as shown on the <br />attached Exhibit B which is made a part of this Agreement, <br />* * * * <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />-: <br />-1- aUPLICATE ORIGINAL <br />
