Prior to bid advertisi~~g <br />date, CITY shall inform STATE in writing within 14 days upon <br />request by STATE, the breakdown (CITY funds and FAU funds) that <br />will make up the CITY's 54.5 percent share of the construction <br />costs of PROJECT not borne by FAI funds.
