APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR THE WEST LAS POSITAS OVERCROSSING WHEREAS., plans and specifications have been approved for construction of a vehicular/bicycle/pedestrian over- crossing structure and approach roadways on State Highway 680. at West ..Las Positas Boulevard; and. - WHEREAS, a proposed cooperative agreement has been prepared between the City of Pleasanton and the State of California providing the details of the duties and obligations of both parties in the design, construction and maintenance of the overcrossing project; and WHEREAS, the proposed. agreement was presented to the City Council .for review on February 10, 1981.. ~~_ . NOW, THEREFORE, THE CYTY.COUfCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS. FOLLOWS: - t Section l: Approves the Cooperative Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the State of California for construction of. the West Las Positas Overcrossing. .Section 2: Authorizes. the mayor. to execute the agreement. Section 3: This resolution .shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
