San Jase, <br />California 95126, is entered into .this day of , <br />1980. <br />RECITALS <br />Whereas, City and Owner have entered into that certain <br />Agreement dated July 24, 1979, by and between the parties hereto. <br />Said Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit."A", and made a part <br />hereof by reference; and <br />k~hereas, said Agreement provides City. and Owner certain. <br />rights, obligations, and interests in the expansion of the Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District (hereinafter DSRSD) sewer treatment <br />facilities and the expansion of the Livermore Amador ti~dater <br />P~anagement Agency. (hereinafter LAVW'~1A) .pumping. and outfall line <br />facilities; and <br />Whereas, City as lead agency for the LAVY~m1A expansion has <br />held a municipal election on June 3, 1980, as required by the <br />joint exercise of powers agreement establishing LAVWi~'IA, dated <br />June l8, 1974, and modified tray 31, 1977._ Said. election <br />results supported the expansion of the LAVWMA. facilities; and <br />Whereas, City, as lead agency for the LAVL,IMA environmental <br />documentation, has entered into an,agreement between City. and <br />.l_ <br />~~~~ `~I a <br />i <br />
