<br /> <br />• Prepare drawings and construction specifications needed to issue a bid for <br />remodeling services for 157 Main Street. Note that the City intends to <br />pursue a space plan that will require minimal constructions. Nevertheless, <br />it is anticipated that the remodel will include new carpeting, the addition <br />of some windows, remodeling of first floor restrooms, and construction of a <br />few new offices. <br />• Provide construction assistance. <br />• Explore establishing an employee training center equipped with a <br />conference room and one small computer lab in either the 123 Main Street <br />modular or 157 Main Street. <br />• These services are more fully defined in the attached letter from the <br />Consultant dated April 18, 2001, Attachment "A" to this Amendment. <br />7. Compensation: For services provided in the Amendment No. 2, City shall <br />pay Consultant on a time and material basis not to exceed $27,500, based on <br />the rate schedule included in Attachment "A" to this Amendment. <br />6. Terms: Consultant shall conduct work so that the City bid documents for <br />construction work are completed no later than August 1, 2001. <br />.________-_-~~_..r.- _-----`~`_~_~. <br />2.
