CA 95661 T.' 916.772.1800 F: 916.772.1820 Thank you for the opportunity for ATI to provide you with this proposal to prepare the necessary space planning design, construction documents, and construction services to remodel the first floor of 157 Main Street as outlined in your letter of March 19, 2001. 1.0 SCOPE OF WORK A. Assess the space needs for services, equipment (including any required servers) and employees that will be moving to 157 Main Street. B. Prepare a floor plan to accommodate service, equipment and employee space needs at 157 Main Street and the 123 Main Street Modular. Note: At this time, the City intends to occupy only the first floor of 157 Main Street. C. Prepare drawings and construction specifications needed to issue a bid for remodeling services for 157 Main Street. Note that the City intends to pursue a space plan that will require minimal construction. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that the remodel will include new carpeting, the addition of some windows, remodeling of first floor restrooms, and construction of a few new offices. D. Provide construction assistance. E. As an alternative to the above, the City would like to explore establishing an employee training center equipped with two conference rooms, one test room, and one small computer lab in lieu of relocating information services which could occupy the entire 123 Main Street modular after Economic Vitality moves to 157 Main Street.
