THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES: ATI Architects and Engineers ~ c~~~ ~ ~ ~; This third amendment ("Third Amendment") dated Julyl6, 2 1, amends the "Contract for Consultant Services for ATI, Architects and Engineers (~;~4-A-1= j entered into on August 23, 1999 between the City of Pleasanton and ATI Architects and Engineers (the "Original Contract"). RECITALS The parties desire to amend the Original Contract to Services will include additional structural design services so as to complete the constriction aspect of the project, e.g. correct unknown conditions between the Council Chambers and the Council Chamber Conference Room in the existing shear wall where openings needed to be cut to install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning ductwork. Also, provide details for missing beams and straps at shearwall locations in the main north south corridor passageway that should have been installed on past building remodels.
