Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and, if required, fire sprinklers will be design <br />build. This work will be similar to the work recently completed. <br />C. No seismic upgrades are required. <br />D. If windows are added to the existing exterior walls, they will be shown without <br />structural analysis since no as-builts of the building exists. <br />E. The City will provide ATI electronic files of the floor plans. <br />3.0 FEES <br />ATI proposes to complete the outlined work on a Fixed Labor Fee as follows in accordance with <br />our attached Standard Terms and Conditions. <br />A. Design - $5,500 <br />B. Construction documents - $15,000 <br />C. Construction services - $5,500 <br />In addition to the above, we are to be reimbursed for our direct costs as outlined in our Standard <br />Terms and Conditions. Budget $1,500 for direct costs. <br />4.0 ACCEPTANCE <br />Your signature on the space provided will serve as authorization to proceed with the work <br />described herein. This proposal will expire if not signed and returned to us within 30 calendar <br />days. <br />We appreciate the opportunity for ATI to provide you with this proposal.
