Modifications consist of wall relocations, modifications to permit center, 180 sq. <br />ft. expansion of lunchroom, coordination of "cubical" layouts and public counter <br />design for permit center. Modifications of finishes, "re-facing" of Council dais, a <br />new entrance sign, additions of provisions to operate and power overhead <br />projector, conceal microphone cords, etc., in Council Chambers. Identify and <br />design location for "City logo" on or in floor. <br />2.0 FEES <br />ATI proposes to complete the work on a not to exceed labor fee basis in <br />accordance with the attached Standard Terms and Conditions. The labor fees <br />are as follows: <br />Architectural - $12,500 <br />2.
