~ ~ <br />SECTI~t 1 <br />PROPERTY OfnII~32 <br />1.01 Connection Location <br />PROPERTY OWNER agrees to connect to the COUNTY's existing CSA <br />sewer system at one location. 'Ihe connection location shall be subject to <br />approval by COUNTY. <br />.1.02 Connection Fees <br />PROPERTY OWNER agrees to pay all SPY expenses to oversee the <br />PROFERTY ()WNEEt'S connection to the CSA sewer system and all sewer system <br />construction within the CSA. Said expenses may include, but are not limited <br />to plan review, on-site inspection, and COUNTY staff consultation. <br />.1.03 CSA Boundary Manhole . <br />PROPERTY OFIl~iIIt agrees to install a starbdard manhole on the sewer <br />main at the CSA bour~y. <br />1.04 Sewer System Ownership <br />.PROPERTY OWNER agrees to cede ownership of PROPERTY OWNII2's sewer <br />system located within the CSA, including the boundary manhole, to COUNTY <br />upon final inspection and successful completion of the. warranty period. <br />PROPERTY OWNER agrees to cede ownership of PROPERTY .OWNER' s sewer system <br />located outside the CSA to CITY upon final inspection and successful ccanple- <br />tion of the warranty period. <br />1.05 COUNTY Sewerage Regu7-ations <br />PROPERTY OWNER agrees to ccanply with COUN'T'Y Orrli~ance No. 0-85-60, <br />Sewerage regulations for County. Service Area R-1967-1. <br />1.06 CSA Buy-In Costs <br />PROPERTY OWNER agrees to pay, prior to connection to the CSA sewer <br />system, his proportionate share of the initial costs to plan, design and <br />construct the CSA pump station and force main. COUNTY has estimated said <br />costs to be 4$ 4,604. <br />1.07 Pump Station and Force Main Operations and Maintenance Costs <br />_-_PROPERTY OWNER agrees. to pay his fair share of the pump station <br />and force main operations and maintenance costs. Said costs shall be deter- <br />mined annually by CITY and subject to approval by COUNTY. <br />SDCTICQ~1 2 <br />CITY <br />2.01 Collection of CSA Operations and Maintenance Costs <br />CITY agrees to collect from PROPERTY OWNII2 a fair share of the <br />pump station and force main operations and maintenance costs.
