~ ~ <br />2.02 Pump Station and Force Main Operations and Maintenance <br />CITY agrees to maintain the CSA pump station aryl force main in <br />accordance with the sewer maintenance and operations agreenpnt between CITY <br />and COUN'T'Y, dated June 25, 1985, fcr as long as PROPEE~1'Y Oh~t is oormected <br />to and using the CSA sewer systen. <br />2.03 Sewps Connections <br />CITY agrees to inspect all sewer vocu~ecti.ons . <br />2.04 Annexatican <br />If CSA is ever anne~oed to CITY, CITY shall not charge PROPERTY <br />OWNER or COUNTY any further maintenance and operations costs of the pump <br />station and force main, as of the effective date of last public agency <br />approval of annexation. <br />2.05 Cooperation <br />If PROPERTY Ofid~t violates OCXHJT'Y Qrdinance No. 0-85-60, Sewerage <br />Regulations, CITY agrees to fully ooappxate with and assist COUNTY in the <br />enforcement of said COiA~TIR Ordi.narboe No. 0-85-60. <br />SF7CTION 3 <br />00[~TTR <br />3.01 Coannection to CSA Sewer S~ste~n <br />OQIlJI'Y agrees to permit P~'ERTY OHII~tt to ooa~rvect to the CSA sewer <br />system subject to PROPERTY OWNER meeting the conditions stated in this <br />Agreeme~it . <br />3.02 Violations <br />If PROPERTY OhddEEt violates COIII~TI'Y Ch~dinance No. 0-85-60, Sewerage <br />Regulations, COtII~TIR shall take aarrective actions in accordance with said <br />ordinance . <br />SHCTICN 4 <br />Ger~eYal Provisions <br />4.01 Future Develearent <br />This Agreement does not obligate either CITY os OOOr1TY to provide <br />sewer services, utility sexvio2s, or other considerations for any future <br />developrent by PROPEETY OF~Et or any other developer. <br />4.02 Successors arxi Assigns <br />This Agreement shall expressly run with the ].and and shall apply <br />to, bind, and ensure to the benefit of successors in interest of PROPERTY <br />~ with respect to the subject IO acre parcel. <br />-3- <br />
