Bond Target Level -with respect to amounts on deposit in the Rate <br />Stabilization Fund, an amount equal to two times (2.0x) the Maximum Annual <br />Expansion Projects Debt Service for the WWTP Stage 4 Expansion Project, and <br />an amount equal to such corresponding multiplier as may be established for the <br />LAVWMA Bonds in the Bond Documents pertaining thereto. <br />City -hereinabove defined. <br />Debt Service -payments of interest and principal, or of principal or <br />interest, which become due on the Bonds; provided, that Debt Service shall have <br />that more particular definition descriptive thereof included in pertinent Bond <br />Documents. <br />District -hereinabove defined. <br />District's Administration Building - District's administrative office <br />building located at 7051 Dublin Boulevard, Dublin, California. <br />District Bonds -Bonds issued by District for the construction of the <br />WWTP Stage 4 Expansion Project and District's Administration Building. <br />Effective Date -the date upon which the sale of the first series of <br />LAVWMA Bonds closes and LAVWMA has confirmed receipt of the proceeds of <br />said sale to its member agencies. <br />Fiscal Year -July 1 -June 30. <br />LAVWMA -Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency, a <br />public entity established and existing pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers <br />Law (Gov.
