Either agency may terminate this <br />Agreement for convenience upon three hundred and sixty -five (365) days prior written notice to <br />the other agency. Termination of this Agreement will not relieve either agency of the obligation <br />of settling any payment amount due under this agreement for water transferred. Following <br />termination either agency may remove its connection.
