capacity to District for Shadow Cliffs unless and until District <br />purchases all the reserved sewer capacity as provided above. <br />District may use its purchased capacity at any time. <br />8. CITY USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES FOR CITY PROGRAMS. <br />District shall co-operate with City in the City's delivery of <br />recreation and community service programs on the Properties as <br />permitted by District Guidelines. <br />9. GRANTS OF EASEMENTS. <br />In accordance with District procedures, District shall provide to <br />City upon reasonable terms and conditions easements on portions of <br />the Properties for subsurface utilities when the public interest <br />and necessity require such easements; said easements shall be <br />designed to minimize disruptions to or interference with any <br />existing park improvements or proposed improvements as identified <br />in an approved Land Use Development Plan. <br />-5- <br />
