5. FIRE SERVICES. <br />In the case of fire or other emergencies occurring within Shadow <br />Cliffs and the Ridgelands and involving fire personnel of City and <br />District, the "Guidelines for the Exercise of Concurrent Fire <br />Jurisdiction", as set forth on Exhibit D, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, shall apply. <br />6. RESCUE OPERATIONS. <br />District shall have responsibility for overall command for all <br />water-related rescues in Shadow Cliffs, subject to the normal <br />rules and procedures of any mutual aid or call for assistance <br />between Alameda County, City or District. <br />7. UTILITY SERVICE. <br />Upon annexation of the Properties, City, as service provider, <br />shall provide to District, as customer, at the Properties sewer <br />and water services in accordance with applicable City ordinances. <br />In addition, City shall reserve for the benefit of the District <br />not less than 1500 gallons per day of sewage capacity for a period <br />of 36 months after Shadow Cliffs is annexed, which reserved <br />capacity may be used only in connection with Shadow Cliffs. Prior <br />to the expiration of 36 months, City shall not sell other sewage <br />-4- <br />
