10. TERMINATION OF ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS. <br />If at any time prior to the final hearing by the City, as the <br />conducting authority, on the annexation, either City or District <br />desires to terminate the annexation proceedings for the <br />Properties, such party shall notify the other party and the City <br />shall terminate the proceedings to annex the Properties at that <br />time. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is signed the date and <br />year expressed above. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
