(5) That the Developer shall assume all financial obligations of <br />the Development and that unless otherwise agreed to in <br />writing, City shall have no financial or other liability for the <br />continued financial obligations of the Development. <br />B. City and Developer shall establish the terms and conditions of the <br />lease within six (6) months after the effective date of this agreement. <br />II. Development Description The Development shall be an azchitecturally <br />attractive and well landscaped development comprised of approximately 170 <br />units. The total units shall be comprised of a mixture of one-bedroom, <br />two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The actual unit mix shall be <br />approved by City. Development amenities shall be consistent with those as <br />set forth in the Developer's response to the City's Request for Proposal <br />dated Apri122. Said response is set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />III. Respoasib~ity of the Dev lopes <br />A. The Developer shall be responsible for the design, construction, <br />mazketing and property management of the Development.
