builder/contractor and related subcontractors, securing of <br />construction financing and permanent financing. Project <br />Consultants, Architects and Project Builder shall be those firms as <br />specified in Exhibit "B." Any change from those firms as specified <br />in Exhibit "B" is subject to review and approval by the City. <br />B. Developer shall be responsible for processing the Development <br />through the City's planning review process including the City Design <br />Review Board, Planning Commission and City Council. In addition, <br />Developer shall be responsible for securing all necessary building <br />and operation permits for the Development. Execution of this <br />Agreement does not imply Development approval by the City, and <br />Developer shall pursue the planning approval process at its own risk <br />and expense. <br />N. City Resoonsibilitiec <br />A. City shall act with due diligence to assist with the planning review <br />process for the Development and shall meet with the Developer on <br />an ongoing basis to review Development Information. <br />B.
