AMENDMENT.. TO THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA <br />AGREEMENT FOR REIM$URSEMENT.OF CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />RECITALS <br />A. City of Pleasanton and the Prudential Insurance Company of <br />America (Prudential) entered into an agreement dated April <br />10, 1984 for reimbursement of Camp Dresser & McKee's fees <br />for North Pleasanton Water Assessment District Wark. <br />B. During the course of said agreement the City has determined <br />certain extra work is necessary. and Camp Dresser & McKee <br />has agreed to perform. this work as requested. <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. The agreement is hereby amended, effective as of January <br />15, 1986, to add the additional fees for the work as <br />described in Camp Dresser & McKee's letter dated December <br />3, 1985 and attached as Exhibit A. <br />2.
