Toter will provide a full 10 year non, -prorated Warranty <br />Attached is a specimen copy of Toter s standard warranty for your <br />insurance is available upon request. <br />5. Payment Terms will be as stated in the proposal document. <br />6. In addition to these containers, Toter will offer to the City a 32 gallon automated <br />container for use in this new program. This product is currently in service and is <br />available for immediate delivery. <br />7. All products bid herein will be produced at Toter's production facility in Fresno <br />County, California. One of the largest cart producing plants in America, this facility <br />is capable of meeting the City's needs and the delivery schedule as stated above. <br />8. All products bid herein are fully compatible with the City's existing collection <br />equipment, as adjusted.
