Person Preparing Checklist Lawrence Lew
II. POSSIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS
This project proposes the development of afour-story, approximately 60,000
sq. ft. building for office/financial service uses.
1. Conformance of Proposal with General Plan Policies.
This project is consistent with the General Plan land use designation of
Commercial and Offices.
2. Impact on Existing Uses
(on and off site)
The site is presently vacant as are the parcels immediately adjacent. The
proposed office building uses will be compatible with those uses proposed
in this office/commercial area.
3. Geologic Impacts
(hazards change in topography, erosion, etc.)
The project site is relative y flat & grading will be required for building si'~
i parking area development. This site does not lie within a seismic special
studies zone. However, a preliminary geologic investigation was prepared in
February 1972 (updated June 1980) covering this site and adjacent peripheral
parcels of the Stoneridge complex. This study concluded that no geologic or
or seismic conditions would preclude the planned uses, provided that the
recommendations of the report are implemented.

~ ~b
u ~
v
~ a
i
c~ •~ Y+ m
U W W 00
~rl rl ti-1 rl
~ ~
,O ~rl 0
0 b
0 rl

t0 ~1 G+ ~ W
,'f,' Cn H H rl

:e
I~
