DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-81-31 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPROVING <br />CASE Z-81-80 AS FILED BY TRAMPQELL CROW COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has applied for design review approval <br />of an approximately 60,000 sq. ft., four-story office <br />building, to be located between I-580 and Stoneridge Mall <br />Road, approximately 1100 ft. east of the intersection of <br />Canyon Way and Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-R (Regional Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 13, 1981 <br />at which time all pertinent exhibits and public testimony <br />were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Design Review Board approves case 2-81-80, the <br />application of Trammell Crow subject to the conditions <br />set forth in the staff report to the Board dated <br />August 13, 1981, attached hereto and made part of this <br />~,_ case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after <br />notification to the City Council or August 26, 1981. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Design Review Board of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of August 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 13, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ro ert J. ris, Secretary <br />~. <br />DeWitt C.
