2. Developer agrees to finance the cost of the following <br />modifications to traffic control devices necessitated by contemplated <br />Post Office traffic: <br />Description of Item Estimated Cost <br />a. Purchase No Parking signs for Post <br />Office frontage. 30.00 <br />e. Purchase No Parking signs, posts and <br />hardware for park frontage. 88.00 <br />Total $2,044.00 <br />3. City agrees to perform all striping and pavement marking <br />on Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road necessary to effect the mitigating <br />measures recommended as a result of the consultant's review of traffic <br />control facilities adjacent to Post Office site. <br />4. City agrees to install No Parking signs on Black Avenue <br />frontage of Post Office site on posts installed by Developer's <br />contractor. <br />5. City agrees to install No Parking signs and supporting posts <br />on portion of Black Avenue frontage of City park lying across the <br />street from Post Office site. <br />6. City agrees to provide and install all other striping, <br />signs, traffic bars and other sinilar t.raffic• contx-ol. dev~ cos recorn- <br />mended as a result of consultant's review of traffic control facili- <br />ties adjacent to Post Office site, other than those which wi]_1 be <br />provided by Developer per Paragraph 2. <br />7.
