8. City agrees to reimburse to Developer within 30 days of <br />execution of this Agreement by both parties the remainder of monies <br />deposited under July 15, 1975, Agreement, said remainder being the <br />sum of $348.74. <br />9. Should legal action be necessary to enforce the provisions, <br />hereof, the party in whose favor judgment is granted shall. be en- <br />titled to reasonable attorneys fees in conjunction therewith. <br />10.
