WESTBROOK HOUSING - LONG TERM AGREEMENT (LIN)

1. Paragraph III(A) of the Long Term Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "A. Growth Management approval for dwelling units approved by this Agreement can be perfected by obtaining building permits within the period specified in Paragraph II(B). In the case of detached single-family lot subdivisions, Growth Management approval can also be perfected by the filing of a final map with the County Recorder within the three year period specified in Paragraph II(B) for the issuance of building permits; provided, however, that with respect to the 50 units which has received growth management approval for 1990, the time in which Growth Management approval may be perfected by the filing of a final map is extended to December 31, 1992." 2. This First Amendment shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. 3. In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Long Term Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
