5.29.81 <br />C169-020 <br />ARTICLE IX <br />NOTICES <br />All notices under this Agreement must be in writ- <br />ing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered <br />personally or mailed, postage prepaid, by registered or <br />certified United States mail, return .receipt requested, <br />addressed to the party to be notified. Such notice shall be <br />deemed to have been given as of the date so delivered if <br />delivered in person, or depositing thereof in the United <br />States mail.
