5.29.81 <br />C169-020 <br />conducted in accordance with the rules of (but not under the <br />jurisdiction of) the American Arbitration Association. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />TERM <br />The Easement granted herein shall continue in full <br />force and effect until construction of the Storm Drain is <br />completed and repair and restoration of the Easement Area <br />pursuant to the landscape plan attached as Exhibit D hereto <br />is completed. Grantee shall execute and deliver to .Grantor <br />a Quitclaim-Release of Easement in the form attached hereto <br />as Exhibit F and made a part hereof upon completion of its <br />construction, repair and restoration obligations hereunder. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />NO DEDICATION <br />Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br />deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the <br />Subject Property or Adjacent Property to the general public <br />or for the general public or for any public purpose whatso- <br />ever, it being the intention of Grantor and Grantee that <br />this Agreement shall be strictly limited to and for the <br />purposes expressed herein, provided that nothing contained <br />herein shall preclude such dedication in the future. <br />-7- <br />
