The manufacturer shall have available at the telephone number a person with competence in parts, nomenclature and functional characteristics of the purchaser's signal controller equipment. This person shall be able to provide descriptions, part numbers, prices and availability of the purchaser's requirements. Should this person be temporarily unavailable, the purchaser personnel calling may leave a telephone number and have the call returned within a reasonable time (24 hours). 3. Available immediately, or by return telephone call within 24-hours (normal work days only, holidays and weekends excepted) shall be a fully qualified electronics technician with a capacity to expertly advise on all matters relating to the purchaser's equipment. 4. Except for his own telephone costs, there shall be no charge to the purchaser for any advice or information provided in this matter.
