City employees or its agents. The hiring, supervision and <br />discipline of all such personnel shall be the responsibility of <br />City. City shall procure and maintain in full force and effect <br />workers compensation insurance coverage, or be permissibly self <br />insured, for such recreational personnel for any death, injury or <br />illness arising in connection with the City's performance under <br />this Agreement. <br />c. At all times when either the School District or City <br />Facility is used by School District, the School District or City <br />Facility shall be under the supervision and control of School <br />District, its agents and employees and administered and operated <br />in accordance with all rules and regulations established by both <br />the School District and the City. If conflict occurs between the <br />two agencies' rules, the stricter rule or regulation shall apply. <br />School District shall assume full responsibility for the <br />scheduling, supervision and control of educational or <br />recreational activities conducted by School District. School <br />District shall provide adequate and qualified recreational or <br />educational personnel to fulfill these responsibilities. All <br />personnel employed in connection with the School District's use <br />of the School District and City Facilities shall be deemed School <br />District employees or its agents.
