The City shall make all <br />such payments directly to the charging authority <br />before delinquency and before any fine, interest, <br />or penalties shall become due or be imposed by <br />operation of law for their nonpayment. <br />15. Improvements at End of Lease. All improvements on the <br />Harvest Park site at the expiration of the lease term or sooner <br />termination of this lease shall, without compensation to the <br />City, then become School District's property free and clear of <br />7 <br />
