Section 8. Chapter 20.65 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"20.65 International Property Maintenance Code adopted. <br />A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the International <br />Property Maintenance Code, more particularly described in this section, except <br />such portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this chapter and the same <br />is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter. <br />B. Said Code is the International Property Maintenance Code 2006 Edition <br />including all Appendices, published by the International Code Council. <br />C. Wherein the Code references the "Executive Official" or the "Code Official" it <br />shall mean the Chief Building and Safety Official or in the absence of the Chief <br />the Acting, Temporary or interim Chief Building and Safety Official. <br />20.65.015 -Section 202 Definitions -Added <br />International Electrical Code or ICC Electrical Code. International Electrical Code or <br />ICC Electrical Code shall mean the California Electrical Code as adopted by the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />International Mechanical Code or ICC Mechanical Code. International Mechanical <br />Code or ICC Mechanical Code shall mean the California Mechanical Code as adopted <br />by the City of Pleasanton. <br />International Plumbing Code or ICC Plumbing Code. International Plumbing Code ICC <br />Plumbing Code shall mean the California Pluming Code as adopted by the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />International Fuel Gas Code or ICC Fuel Gas Code. International Fuel Gas Fuel Gas <br />Code or ICC Fuel Gas Code shall mean the California Pluming Code as adopted by the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />International Residential Code or ICC Residential Code. International Residential Code <br />or ICC Residential Code shall mean the California Building Code as adopted by the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />20.65.020 -Section 102.3 Application of other Codes -Amended <br />102.3 Application of other Codes. Repairs, additions or alterations to a structure, or <br />changes of occupancy, shall be done in accordance with the provisions of the California <br />Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Codes as adopted by the City of <br />Pleasanton." <br />ios <br />
