is great, especially for children. However, we have one concern which relates to the
reaction of dogs to the chicken sounds. We hope that the Hudson's will not complain if
dogs in the neighborhood bazk in response to the noises that their chickens make. (In the
past, the Hudson's have expressed the belief that dogs must not under any circumstances
bark after 9 PM or before 9 AM).
We have put forth quite an effort to get along with the Hudsons, and do not wish to be
accused of making any trouble for them. We simply want to be assured that they will not
complain about canine responses to chickens!
Very truly yours,
Bernie Thurman
1094 Vintner Way
6-Information
From: Sarah Hudson [mailto:
Sent: Thursday, October 13, 2005 9:33 AM
To: Rosalind Rondash
Cc:
Subject: FW: Cluckers Dan
Email forwarded.
Dan Felder's complaint was made by phone to us several weeks prior to this email.
Apparently, with his windows open, he was able to hear the chickens chatter, which is the
"talking" they sometimes will do when they are up with the sun and want to get out and catch the
early worms.
Lon came home from work early, that afternoon, and enclosed the sides of the coop with wood
siding.
He also gets up each morning at sunrise to let the chickens out of the coop, before they begin
any chat.
I include this information as I think it reveals the lengths to which our family will go to keep our
chickens from bothering others.
Thanks for all your timel
Sarah
From: Lon Hudson [mailto:
Sent: Wednesda October 12, 2005 3:19 PM
To•
Subiect: Cluckers Dan
Lon Hudson
Ross Marketing Assoc.
3350 Scott Blvd Bld 51
Santa Clara, CA 95054
