As yow application is being <br />processed, you may maintain the current status quo at your property and keep your hawk <br />in its house, if you in fact have a hawk. You would be subject to potential administrative <br />citation or other legal action if you fail to submit and diligently pursue a conditional use <br />permit, or if you add additional animals to your property which require permits.
