SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT #3 <br />PERS Option — 2W Death Benefit <br />The City has agreed to request an actuarial valuation from PERS for the 2W Death Benefit and then to <br />implement the option through contract amendment provided the cost of the benefit does not exceed <br />$27,000 for the first contract year.
