· DES:sh 12/30/85 <br /> DES:sh 1/19/86R <br /> DES:sh 2/03/86R <br /> ' DES:sh 2/20/86R <br /> <br /> Dischargers do provide such additional levels of treatment in <br /> order to enable the ~uthority to meet wastewater discharge <br /> requirements for combined effluent, all Parties who are <br /> responsible for the necessity for such additional levels of <br /> treatment shall contribute to the costs of providing, operating, <br /> maintaining, repairing and replacing the Facilities providing <br /> such additional levels of treatment in proportion to their <br /> <br /> respective wastewater volumes and associated wastewater <br /> <br /> characteristics requiring such treatment. <br /> XIX. Operation of Projects. <br /> <br /> Unless otherwise provided with respect to any particular <br /> Project or Projects, all Projects of the Authority shall be <br /> operated and maintained by the Authority. <br /> <br /> XX. Income from Projects. <br /> <br /> With respect to any Project including, but not limited to, <br /> <br /> any Project which reclaims or produces wastewater for reuse, or <br /> any other substance arising out of the operation thereof, such <br /> reclaimed wastewater, reusable wastewater, or other substance <br /> shall be the property of the Authority and may be sold by the <br /> Authority for the best obtainable prices. The proceeds of any <br /> <br /> such sale shall be divided and apportioned among the <br /> Participating Members of such Project within thirty (30) days <br /> following receipt of such income in the same proportion as the <br /> <br /> Operation and Maintenance Costs of such Project are charged to <br /> such Participating Members; provided, however, if no Operation <br /> and Maintenance Costs are charged with respect to such Project, <br /> then such income shall be apportioned among the Participating <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
