Amendments. <br /> <br /> This Agreement may be amended at any time, or from time to <br />time, except as may be limited by contract with holders of bonds <br />or other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Authority or by <br />applicable regulations or laws of any jurisdiction having <br />authority, by one or more supplemental agreements executed by all <br />of the Parties who are then Parties hereto, either as required in <br />order to carry out any of the provisions of this Agreement, or <br />for any Project, or for any other purpose, including without <br />limitation, addition of new Parties (including any legal entities <br />or taxing areas heretofore or hereafter created) in pursuance of <br />the purposes of this Agreement. <br />XXII.Addition of Parties. <br /> <br /> A Party or Parties may be added to the Authority, upon <br />request, evidenced by submission of a certified copy of a <br />resolution adopted by the'governing body from the public entity <br />requesting membership in the Authority. Such request must be <br />approved by the governing bodies of all of the existing Members <br />of the Authority. Any request to add a Party which would affect <br />the ownership interests or Capacity Rights of the then existing <br />Parties in or to any Project or Facility of the Authority shall <br />include the proposed revision of the proportionate ownership <br />interests and/or Capacity Rights and shall include an agreement <br /> <br />to contribute funds to the Authority for the requested <br />proportionate share of such Project or Facility. <br /> <br /> 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
