Currently the application is on hold, until <br />I hear back Steve Spencer about whether or not he would like to pursue the application as <br />PUD Major Modification. PUD Major Modifications are reviewed by both the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />If either of you wish to have a mediation meeting with City staff, please let me know I <br />will talk to my supervisor and see if and how we can assist.
