I just wanted to check in with you to see if anything has happened with the <br />HOA in regards to proposing modified development standards to the other property owners in Lemoine Ranch. I <br />also wanted to know if you would be interested in revisiting the idea of a mediator for your PUD modification. <br />Ultimately the decision is yours on whether you would like to process your request with an entire development <br />modification; however you may want to consider separating the two requests if timing is a factor for you. I don't <br />know the "developments" thoughts on doing a modification for the PUD so if you think this is going to be an <br />ongoing conversation with the other owners you a welcome to pursue the mediation aspect for your project if <br />timing is a factor for you.
