s
April 1, 2008
ATTACHMENT 6
APR ~ ~ 2008
CITY OF PLEASANTON
PLANNING DEPT.
Major Modification for the Spencer
Residence
8031 Oak Creek Dr.
Pleasanton, Ca. 94588
Application- PUD-99-O1-05M
Concerns and comments by rear
neighbor Terry & Judy Besso
4538 River Rock Hill Rd.
Pleasanton, Ca. 94588
1) We purchased our home in June 2005 with a
narrow rear set back of 15 feet from house to
fence line. We also understood at that time that
the existing easements would preclude structure
such as a swimming pool being built in our rear
neighbors yard so close to our property line. This
PUD asks fora 5' easement to our property line
resulting in their pool being 20 feet from our
back door, while it is 30 feet from the Spencer's
back door. We never would have purchased our
home for 1.5 million if we knew this would
happen.
