123 MAIN STREET EXPANSION AND INTERIOR UPGRADES – DESIGN ONLY <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> This project provides design costs to expand and upgrade <br />carpeting and other needed interior improvements. Total project costs and funding will be <br />determined following project evaluation and design. <br />PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: <br /> This project will evaluate and design a minor expansion to <br />maximize available civic center facilities. The project will also look as modification to the <br />front entry doors for improved ADA accessibility. The proposed additional space will be <br />used for offices. Fund in 2008-2009 <br />SENIOR CENTER – INSTALL NEW ROOF – DESIGN ONLY <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> This project provides design costs to remove the existing <br />deteriorated roof and replace it with a new roof. Total project costs and funding will be <br />determined following project evaluation and design. Staff assumes using similar designed <br />shingles for the replacement. <br />PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: <br /> The current roof is badly damaged and needs to be replaced. <br />The current roof condition has resulted in numerous and frequent leaks which may damage <br />the building’s interior and lead to safety risks.
