To implement landscape replacements at either the southwest quadrant of <br />the Fallon/El Charro Road Interchange or the Hopyard southerly east and west quadrants <br />of I-580 and Hopyard Road. <br />3. To provide the environmental clearance documents, design package and <br />engineer's estimate for all landscape replacement. <br />4.
