VIII. CONCLUSION <br />Pleasanton Community Church has been a good neighbor to its surrounding businesses and <br />residences for the past 17 years, and it provides a service to the community. Staff believes that <br />with the recommended conditions of approval, the proposed after-school tutoring program can <br />also be accommodated without creating adverse impacts on the adjacent businesses and that it <br />would provide a beneficial service to the Pleasanton. <br />IX. STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Case PCUP-143 by taking the <br />following actions: <br />1. Make the required conditional use findings as listed in the staff report; and, <br />2.
