If Little Ivy <br />League wishes to operate under either PC[1PS, they need to follow the scope of <br />the operation, including the hours of operation and the number of children at <br />the facility. If Little Ivy Leagues wishes to combine the previously approved <br />use permits, or to expand one of them in order to fit their program, they need <br />to apply so prior to operation. The purpose of the review is to ensure that the <br />use would not result in adverse impacts to the surrounding businesses and that <br />all issues associated with capacity, parking, circulations, etc. would be <br />thoroughly evaluated. <br />We have notified Little Ivy League that they need to file for a zoning <br />approval to operate at 9455 Stoneridge Road We'11 be keep you informed on <br />the status. <br />Please let me know if you have further 3uestions.
