To add "After-school child care" to our existing operation. <br />2. To add "Summer Day Care" to our existing operation. <br />Pleasanton Community Church, located at 4455 Stoneridge Dr., in <br />Pleasanton has already received a Conditional Use Permit to operate as a <br />local church; this permit was granted in 1988. We now request an expansion <br />of our permit to operate in regard to summer and after school child care. <br />Details of our request: <br />~°After-school Care" <br />1. Kindergarten After School Care: Up to 10 students, ranging in ages from <br />5-6 will meet at our facility after school between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and <br />6:30 p.m. <br />2. Elementary After Care: Up to 30 students, ranging in ages from 6-12 will <br />meet at our facility after school between 3:00 - 6:30 p.m. <br />3. Teacher ratio will be 1 worker for every 12 students. <br />4. Activities to include: <br />• Rest time <br />• games <br />
