Child care will take place in both of buildings owned by Pleasanton <br />Community Church (4439 Stoneridge and 4455 Stoneridge), however, the <br />main emphasis will be in our educational. building (4455 Stoneridge). <br />2. In Building 4455, four classrooms will be available, each approximately <br />250 square feet will be used, in addition to a large meeting room (700 square <br />feet). Total building size: 4608 sq. feet. In Building 4439, the large down- <br />stairs sanctuary will be occasionally used. Total building size: 6,000 sq. ft. <br />3. There are two restrooms available (male and female) in each building. <br />4. Lawn area adjacent to the church sanctuary (1250 Sq. ft) between church <br />and Santa Rita Rd. to be used. Lawn will be enclosed by a four-foot fence. <br />Parking: <br />Pleasanton Community Church currently }gas access to 60 parking places <br />between our two buildings. During the day only 4 to 5 are generally used <br />(staff and visitors). <br />Adding this after-school care program will increase our need for parking <br />accordingly: <br />4 spaces for staff <br />
