After review the proposal, staff has the following comments. <br />Facilitv Use: <br />In May 1988, the City of Pleasanton approved a use pemut to allow operation <br />of a church at 4455 Stoneridge Drive (UP-88-11). The approval of UP-88-11 <br />included extension classes for a Bible college to be held at 4455 Stoneridge <br />Drive as long as the Bible study sessions are considered subsidiary to the <br />overall church functions. The hours for the Bible study sessions aze from 6:00 <br />p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If the Bible study session is still an on-going activity at 4455 <br />Stoneridge Drive, it may have a direct scheduling conflict with the childcaze <br />hours, which, as proposed, would be open until 6:30 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday. <br />2. The written narratives indicate that four classrooms and a large meeting room <br />would be provided for the proposed childcaze program at 4455 Stoneridge <br />Drive. The submitted floor plan shows three regulazly sized classrooms and a <br />larger classroom at the southern end of the building. <br />The written narratives further indicate that childcare activities would also be <br />held at the church sanctuary building at 4439 Stoneridge Drive. However, no <br />floor plan was included in the application submittal. Please clarify the number <br />of rooms that would be used for the proposed childcaze program, their <br />locations in each building and their sizes in squaze footage. <br />childcaze Program: <br />The proposed childcaze program would start at 11:30 a.m. for kindergartners <br />and at 3:00 p.m. for elementary school students.
