Little Ivy League "LIL" School <br />Conditional Use Application <br />General Description <br />location. The issue was resolved at the city planning office level. Our new location at 4430 <br />Willow Road will have sound walls installed between our suite and all adjoining suites. <br />Our current location at 4455 Stoneridge Drive is under the CUP of Pleasanton Community <br />Church (PCC) for after school care (see attached letter from David Sell, Pastor of PCC and o~u <br />current landlord). We have not received any complaints at our current Stoneridge location. <br />Planned Sharing of Facilities <br />We currently cooperatively share facilities with our neighbor, Fowrtain Community Church <br />(FCC) at 4439 Stoneridge Drive, and we plan to continue to share space in our new facility with <br />FCC at 4430 Willow Rd. FCC is purchasing the adjacent suite to our north. <br />LIL's afternoon tutoring program classrooms are set up for children that meet during the week, <br />after school, and will enjoy using a portion of the church space (who plans to be located in the <br />adjacent Suite N) for our art and cultural programs as listed above, whereas the church's main <br />use is on Saturdays and Sundays, with minor evening use only after we are closed. The church <br />uses our facility for Sunday School Classrooms. <br />5/15/2008 <br />
