The traffic will be coming from Bush Road and beyond as EI Charro <br />is projected to connect to Bush. Furthermore, there is no "plan" for this quadrant of the city <br />and the development site is replacing land set aside for the school district. My bigest <br />objections to this development is the 500 to 1000 vehicles that is projected to be "dumped" <br />onto Valley and the lack of any plan for this area. I already have to wait for all the cut-through <br />traffic to pass before I get out onto Kolln (if I can get by the backup waiting to turn onto <br />Valley). Then I have to wait an average of three minutes per traffic light at Kolln and Valley <br />and Valley and Santa Rita. This is because the Traffic Engineers have setup the lights <br />to "FAVOR" anyone turning from Santa Rita onto Valley and anyone passing through Valley <br />and Kolln. By putting in this development, I can only see my wait times going up and. up since <br />you have not given us any relief from other sources(Stoneridge, Mohr, ??).
