When we purchased our
homes 2 yeazs ago, we were told that the azea is mazked for mostly open space /park with possibility of
having an elementary school in the very faz future. Having the medium density houses in such a number
definitely adds to the congestion of the very narrow Valley street which already has the burden of
connecting two major streets in Pleasanton, adds to the congestion of the very small area azound Valley
street, and lowers the quality of life for all of us in the azea. We do not think under any circumstance
these facts would pass the filter of environmental study and would like to give you the responsibility of
carrying our strong objection to the upcoming meeting. Please contact us with any questions you may
have and hope that you could stop this proposal on its track immediately. We are prepaze to follow up
on this and support you in ending this proposal as needed.
Frank & Mahnaz Hooshdazan
Ironwood residence
3630 Terrazzo Ct.
Pleasanton, Ca 94588
