Ponderosa Active Adult Project
Revisions to PTJD Application Description
May 20, 2008
5. All four elevations aze now provided as where previously only the north and west walls were
designed (see WHA, Sheet A5.0)
2. The hip roof at the south end of the building is replaced with a flat roof with pazapet to
accommodate rooftop solaz panel installation (see A5.0).
3. Trees are added inside the pool enclosure to provide shading and visually frame the outdoor
area (see L3).
5. Enhancements aze made at the entry walkway (see L3).
6. The kitchen has been relocated to afford better accessibility to the outdoor loggia and provide
better access from the exterior (see A5.0).
7. Additional HC bathrooms are added per code and special events (see A5.0).
House Architecture:
Plan 1: (no footprint or setback changes)
1. The hip roof design at the rear of the house has been modified to a gable for photovoltaic
orientation. The maximum ridge height does not change. (see WHA Sheet Al.l).
2. The fireplace location at the Great Room has been formalized as shown (see A1.0).
3. Minor window relocations and/or adjustments have been made to enhance interior natural
lighting and/or minimize privacy impacts (see Al.l).
Plan 2: (no footprint or setback changes)
1. The size is decreased from 2,107 to 2,093 square feet.
2. Minor window relocations and/or adjustments have been made to enhance interior natural
lighting and/or minimize privacy impacts. (see WHA, Sheet A2.1).
3. Tower finials aze removed (see WHA, Sheet A2.0)
4. The main suite retreat was modified to improve the main bedroom suite (see A2.0).
5.
